DETAILS & TERMS OF SESSION

$275 (+tax) - Tree Farm Mini Session - includes 25 minute session & 5 digital images
$99 (+tax) is DUE NOW TO BOOK YOUR SESSION SLOT and will be applied to the $275 Session.
The BALANCE of $175 (+tax) WILL BE DUE THE WEEK BEFORE THE SESSION AND INVOICE/CONTRACT WILL BE EMAILED ONE WEEK BEOFRE THE SESSION DATE. This MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND CONTRACT SIGNED to guarantee your time slot.
TREE FARM MINI SESSIONS ARE HELD IN BENTON, LA AT A BEAUTIFUL TREE FARM.
These are 25 minute sessions and accommodate up to 5 immediate family members. If you want additional people in your photoshoot, please call Elaine Pierce at 318-965-0099 to discuss this. (additional fees may apply). Your images will be uploaded in a private online gallery within 2 weeks of your session for you to view and choose your top 5 images. You will have an option to upgrade to all of them when viewing them in your on line gallery. Once final selection is made, digital images will be fully retouched and emailed to you.
Directions to the outdoor location will be sent to you the day before your session. If you have any questions, please contact Elaine before you register for a session.
All session fees are non-refundable. This is to ensure your time slot as we have limited time slots for our clients.
**PLEASE NOTE** We are set for the above dates and times. However, if we need to reschedule because of weather, we will contact you as soon as possible. Reschedule dates could be either weekends or weeknights depending on availability. Please keep this in mind when booking. Thank you for your understanding.
