DETAILS & TERMS OF SESSION

$249 (+tax) - Mini Session at the Cotton Field - includes 15 minute session & 5 digital images
$50 deposit due upon booking. (a contract/portrait release will be emailed and must be signed as well to guarantee slot) Balance of $199 is due one week before session and invoice will be sent at that time. This MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND CONTRACT SIGNED to guarantee your time slot.
Cotton Field Mini Sessions are held North of Benton, LA . These are 15 minute sessions and accommodate up to 5 immediate family members. If you want additional people in your photoshoot, please call Elaine Pierce at 318-965-0099 to discuss this. (additional fees may apply and you may need to choose 2 sessions back to back to ensure time for your session). Your images will be uploaded in a private online gallery within 2 weeks of your session for you to view and choose your top 5 images. You will have an option to upgrade to all of them when viewing them in your on line gallery. Once final selection is made, digital images will be fully retouched and emailed to you.
Directions to Cotton Field will be sent to you the day before your session. If you have any questions, please contact Elaine before you register for a session.
All session fees are non-refundable. This is to ensure your time slot as we have limited time slots for our clients.
**PLEASE NOTE** We are set for the above dates and times. However, I am working close with the farmer of this cotton field for the best optimal time. Weather and harvesting conditions may cause us to reschedule approximately a week earlier or a week later. Reschedule dates could be either weekends or weeknights depending on availability. Please keep this in mind when booking. Thank you for your understanding.
